The Admissions Process
Step 1 - Come and See
Families are invited and encouraged to tour our school at any time during the application process - ask questions, meet and talk with our teachers, discover what makes Pilgrim unique, and see our facilities. We look forward to meeting you!
Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 7:45 AM to 3:30 PM, and school is in session from 8:10 AM to 3:00 PM. Summer office hours are from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM and by appointment.

Step 2 - Apply
To apply to Pilgrim, please download and fill out the Application for Admissions Packet, which can be downloaded by clicking the button below. Once you have completed the application, please return it to our Admissions Director. If your child is entering grades 1-8, please request records from your child's previous school as well.

Step 3 - Informal Principal Visit
Before being accepted for enrollment, parents meet informally with the school principal. This is a chance for you to meet the principal, hear about the "big picture," and ask any questions you may have. After you have submitted the Application for Admissions Packet, our Admissions Director will contact you to set up a visit.
Step 4 - The Admissions Decision
Once an admissions decision is made, you will receive a letter regarding your child's application status. Should your child be admitted, our Admissions Director will work with you to complete the final details and paperwork, including records transfer, fees, immunizations, financial commitment, and FACTS, our financial aid servicer.
